Express shipping

Lately I've been hearing various USPS-related issues from my U.S. customers. I have very little ability to assist, as once the the package reaches U.S. it is entirely within USPS' responsibility and jurisdiction. Express shipping will have a higher guarantee of packages reaching you safely and quickly.

USPS does not update their tracking regularly or quickly. Sometimes it just stays at "Reached destination country (US)" for weeks, despite deliveries already being attempted twice. The only way to resolve any issues is to call USPS and ask for an agent.

U.S. parcels are also the ones that always get returned to me for some reason- I do not have this issue with other countries. Hence why I'm offering Express shipping as an option, but it is expensive.
